We needed to replace our 30 year old wood floors in our kitchen. Carol came out, measured, and showed us some options. We went to the show room and she had picked several possibles for us to review. We found one we lived, signed the contract, and 9 days later the installation began. The crew foreman showed up, explained the procedure, and the demolition began. Two hard working men spent the better part of two days with hammer and chisel removing the old flooring and doing beautiful carpentry repairing water damaged subfloor and an exit threshold. The new flooring was installed on the third day and it is absolutely beautiful. The work crew was polite, helpful, and extremely hard working. I 100% recommend Bridgeport. We’ve done both carpet and wood flooring projects with them over 30 years. Every project has come out better than expectations.

After 30 years in our home, it was time to retile and refresh 2 bathrooms. We had ordered a jetted Jaccuzi tub during the pandemic but it wasn’t until 2025 that we found Bridgeport Carpets and their designer Gina to come up with a plan to refresh the baths. Matthew supervised and his team built wonderful spaces with our “inherited” tiles from my friend’s left over tiles from her bath project in Florida. Gina added new tiles to complete the finishing touches. Truly a team effort. Robert came with the frameless glass doors yesterday and we are ready to enjoy these rooms for many years to come.
